Payments: A reservation fee is required on all rental orders with final payment due upon pick up. We accept cash, debit/credit and checks.
Out-of-Town Measurements: We require out-of-town groomsmen to submit their measurements through our online form, or mail/fax them in. Please have your measurements taken by a professional. If you are providing measurements to us by someone else, you assume the responsibility, as we will base your size on those measurements or note otherwise on your order.
Weight Change: Please inform us if your weight changes. It may require being re-measured in order to reserve the correct size. If we can replace the size before rental is processed there are no additional charges. If the rental is processed, ready for try-on, and then you require a replacement due to weight change it is customer’s responsibility to cover shipping expenses.
Tuxedo & Suit, Try-on, Fittings: Your rental will arrive the week of your event. An appointment is set for final fitting and try-on to assure a proper fit two days prior to the wedding. If you are unable to try it on for us, or send someone else to pick it up, please be aware: once the rental items leave Brooklyn Bridal & Prom we are not responsible for making alterations or exchanges at our expense. If alterations or exchanges are necessary we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot process any exchanges after NOON the day before the event, and there is no Sunday delivery.
Tuxedo & Suit Cancellations, Changes, Exchanges: If you cancel your rental order for any reason, you have until one week prior to the event to receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. If you cancel within seven business days of your event there is no refund. There is a $10.00 fee to change your colors or selection, if we had already placed the rental order. If you need an exchange due to our mis-measurements you will not be charged an extra fee. If you need an exchange due to out-of-town mis-measurements, additional charges may be assessed to cover expedited shipping and handling charges. Overnight shipping for an exchange is $45.00, per order.
Tuxedo & Suit Returns, Late Fees: Tuxedos must be returned on the next business day, following your event, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. You assume responsibility for returning the tuxedo and all rental accessories in good condition by the specified date and time.
Late Fees & Replacement Costs: A late fee of $50.00 PER DAY will be allocated and due upon return of late merchandise. If any rental item/accessory is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair you assume the responsibility for the replacement. If you do not settle your account within 10 business days, we reserve the right to enforce the collection for all fees to the extent of Michigan law, including interest, service charges, legal fees, and any other fees associated with the cost of collection and recovery of late fees and replacement costs.
Minors: For customers under 18 years old: A Parent/Guardian must be present either when you place your order, or when you pick up your order.
